Recommended Use: Used in Herbal Medicine to help ease nervous tension (calmative), to help relieve symptoms associated with menopause, and to help relieve the pain associated with menstruation and premenstrual symptoms.

Our Tincture Blends can be added to water, or incorporated into tea, smoothies, or mocktails to boost the functional benefits.

Recommended Dose: Adults: 2 – 4 mL, 3 times per day. Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight, ultraviolet light (UV) or UV therapy.

Cautions and Warnings: Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are taking birth control pills, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), or blood thinners (anti-coagulants), or if you have a liver disorder or develop symptoms of liver trouble, or if you have heart disease or high blood pressure. Stop use and consult a health care practitioner if menstruation is delayed or absent, or if you experience increased menstrual bleeding time, or if the following overdose symptoms occur: nausea, vomiting, headache, thirst, dilated pupils, sweating, overheating, rapid heartbeat, shortness of breath, chest pain, swelling of ankles or feet, muscle weakness, incoordination, or convulsions.

Duration of Use: Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 6 months.

Contraindications: Do not use this product if you have diarrhea or hemorrhagic diseases. Do not use if you are pregnant, plan to become pregnant, or are breastfeeding. Do not use this product if you have hypermenorrhea.

Known Adverse Reactions: Stop use and consult a health care practitioner if you experience breast pain, discomfort or tenderness.
