Description

Flower essences are a liquid extract of the essence of up to five different flowers. This essence is blended into a preserved edible liquid (we use a 25% alcohol, but we can make them non-alcoholic as well!). By adding up to three drops to your water bottle and sipping it throughout the day, your body and mind receive the harmonizing essence of the flowers that we blend, just for you.

Some of the most commonly used flower essences are created to minimize pain, decrease anxiety, assist with recovery from over-exhausting the muscles, increase feelings of well-being, increase self-esteem, decrease excessive thought, assist with better sleep, assist with cognitive function, and balance the body through the transition of each season.
